• Negotiated Settlement: Most cases reach settlement. I’ve negotiated hundreds of divorces and can help settle yours. If a reasonable settlement can’t be reached I will help you find a litigator who can protect your interests.

• High Net Worth Divorce: Some assets are more difficult to value and share than others. Through experience, I can analyze complex financial matters with the assistance of financial experts, when needed.

• Alternative Dispute Resolution: The first and best alternative is to stay out of court and resolve your divorce through private alternative dispute resolution (mediation or arbitration). I can help you by being your attorney during divorce mediation or arbitration, or by being the mediator or arbitrator of your divorce.

• Expert Witness Services: Providing expert opinions and expert testimony on matters of New York divorce and family law.

• Consultation and Second Opinions: In order to avoid common and sometimes expensive mistakes it is best to get advice when you are first considering a divorce. Also, if you’ve been represented by an attorney but getting nowhere, it may be time to get a second opinion, whether to better understand how to negotiate or how to litigate effectively.
